  • Every player will get three BYE WEEKS. This means that you only get to count your top 9 scores out of the 12 events played. This will allow for illnesses, unforeseen events, schedule conflicts, etc.
  • Each tournament will begin promptly at 6:30 pm unless otherwise communicated. If we need to reschedule a tournament due to unforeseen circumstances (inclement weather, natural disaster, etc.), the league administrator will attempt to find a make-up date and time that works for all players. If admin is unable to find a date and time that works, that tournament will be cancelled and no points will be counted toward the League Championship.
  • All tournaments will be hosted at league administrator’s home in Castle Rock, CO 80108
  • $110 buy-in each tournament; $100 goes to League Champions, $10 goes to each tournament’s winners. There will be two tournament “winners” for every monthly poker night.
  • Must be Paid-in-Full ($1,400) prior to start of 1st tournament in order to qualify as League Champion
  • No substitutions (if absent for a tourney, nobody can play in your place)
  • Reverse-Finish points system (Winner will get 10 points, 2nd place 9, 3rd place 8, etc.)
  • League Champions determined as the two players with most points after conclusion of final tournament; in case of a tie, the tiebreaker will be the player with the most wins throughout the season. In case of a secondary tie (same number of wins), finalists will square away at a “Final Table” event (format determined by league admin), where the Final Table “winner” will be deemed to be the League Champion.
  • Both League Champions must attend the 2026 WSOP Main Event ($10,000 buy-in); League Champions will get to keep the additional cash in the league prize pool for travel expenses to Vegas
  • $10,000 starting stacks, no re-buys; 30 minute blinds, starting at 25/50; Blind levels as follows: 25/50, 50/100, 100/200, 15 minute break, 200/400, 300/600/600, 400/800/800, 15 minute break, 500/1000/1000, 600/1200/1200, 800/1600/1600, 1000/2000/2000, 1300/2600/2600, 1600/3200/3200, 2000/4000/4000, 3000/6000/6000 (until winner determined)
  • There will be two tables per tournament, each will have 10 draw cards. Players will draw for starting positions, and ace at each table is initial dealer. If a player is absent and no ace is drawn for a particular table, deuce will be dealer, etc.
  • All absent players will have a draw card to determine his/her position at the table, and their chips will not be “in-play.” If player is still absent after the 2nd blind level is complete, he/she is deemed a “no-show” and will be awarded 1 point for that tournament.
  • If there are multiple players absent for a given event, the draw cards and players assigned to each table will be adjusted to make the tables as equal as possible.
  • There will be no “tabling-up” in order to get to a final table; The winner of each table for the night will be awarded the “tournament winner” for that evening.
  • If a player has to leave early, then he/she will be “blinded-out.” If a player is a late arrival, he/she can begin playing with his/her remaining chips at time of arrival, as long as arrival is prior to end of the second blind level.
  • Dealer rotates (2 decks); Random draw at beginning of each tournament for dealer/seat selection
  • All league/tournament decisions will be determined by League Admin in case of questions or disagreements
  • There will be no “chopping” the pot at or near the end of a League tournament. Every player must continue playing until a table winner has all the chips.
  • If League Champion cashes in the WSOP Main Event, he/she must split
the winnings with the other 19 members of the league (equally)
according to the payout details below:
